Due to upcoming events, there will be shipping delays affecting ALL orders placed between Monday, September 30th to October 10th*, 2024.

Any orders placed between Monday, September 30th – Wednesday, October 2nd, 2024 that contain ONLY Finished, Ready-to-Ship items will still ship the same or next business day.

However, all orders placed between Thursday, October 3rd – Thursday, October 10th will be delayed.
• Orders placed during this time period that contain only Finished, Ready-to-Ship items will resume shipping on Wednesday, October 9th. 
• Orders placed during this time period that contain some, or all, Made-to-Order items will resume shipping on or after Thursday, October 10th.
• Please understand: Thursday, October 10th is the earliest possible date orders containing Made-to-Order Designs may resume shipping.
• Due to the handmade nature of made-to-order designs, most orders placed between 9/30-10/10 will still require a few additional days to handcraft before shipping.

The best way to think of it is: The approx. processing time "countdown" will only begin as of Thursday, October 10th, 2024 for ALL orders placed between 9/30-10/10, regardless of product type (FRTS/MTOD).

The processing time is the amount of time you should (normally) expect to elapse between the time of placing your order, and when it actually ships.
