Due to the current worldwide situation, I’d like to take a moment to provide a brief outline of the additional measures and steps being taken here at the Paradisiac Psychedelic (in-home) Studio to ensure the health and safety of others remains top priority and of utmost importance during this time.
Many may especially be wondering: “Are your processing times currently impacted?” before placing an order. The answer is NO! (Well, sorta…)
Everything is running like a well oiled machine over here at Paradisiac Dyes in regards to order processing times and product inventory.
Processing times for Ready-to-Ship items are still same or next business day. Meanwhile, Custom Made to Order items require approximately 3-5* business days to handcraft before they’re completed and ready to ship.
However, it’s imperative to keep in mind many local post offices and USPS distribution centers are in fact experiencing recent delays. Therefore, we cannot provide an estimated delivery date for any order at this time.
Please be mindful of this if you are placing an order with a specific, expected delivery deadline in mind...As we cannot accurately gauge and guarantee any approx. delivery date at this time.
To start, please know this is not in an attempt to convince those who might still be uncomfortable ordering from small in-home businesses at this point in time, as we respect every individual’s own reasoning and decision in this regard.
Rather, the purpose of writing this is in hopes of providing a small amount of reassurance to those of you who may in fact be interested in supporting small e-commerce shops like mine, and are curious as to what the current status of production, processing and shipping estimates are — But more importantly, a clear explanation of the preventative measures being exercised throughout all stages of product production to ensure we’re doing everything in our power to prevent and lessen contributing to the probability of any further spread, no matter how small.
First of all, I’d like to emphasize that Paradisiac Psychedelic Handmade Goods is a genuine one-woman-operation. With every single aspect, from product production to order fulfillment, being handled solely by me, myself and I (hello!). One reason I preface with this is to illustrate that A L L orders are very literally created and handled by one person only from start to finish. Therefore, I can promise the below actions are being taken 100% of the time.
(Secondly and less importantly, to clarify in case of any potential confusion as a result of alternating plural and singular tense in reference to Paradisiac Dyes. Please note: although Paradisiac Psychedelic Handmade Goods is the very much the literal definition of a ‘one person operation’, the plural tense more commonly used is referring to the overall brand entity, in its entirety).
With that out of the way, the increased sanitation measures mentioned above include: increased cleaning, sanitation of all surfaces, tools and work stations. Limited contact with products except when handling is necessary for production, shipping, or other operations. When in physical contact with any item(s), heightened mindfulness regarding personal physical actions is consistently exhibited. This is in an attempt to ensure every item is always handled in as sterile of a manner as possible —from the moment it’s handcrafted, ordered all the way til’ it’s taped up and ready to ship.
With that being said, please keep in mind that despite doing everything in our power to ensure the contents of your package are always handled as cleanly and safely as possible — We, of course, have no control over a package once in possession of USPS.
Please always exercise proper sanitary suggestions from the official organizations in your local jurisdiction. This may possibly include recommendations such as sanitizing the exterior of any packages delivered via mail services before handling and/or bringing into your home.
Thank you for taking the time to visit Paradisiac Psychedelic Handmade Goods. Please feel welcome to Get in Touch if you have any questions or a custom order inquiry.
