Custom Orders & Customization Request Policy

࿊ Please do not include requests for customization, of any extent, in the Order Notes box at checkout.

࿊ All requests for product customization must be submitted via email, and agreed upon, before the time of placing your order.

࿊ Customization requests submitted via the Order Notes section will be disregarded.

࿊ The policies above include all requests to make any alterations to made-to-order designs.

࿊ Please keep in mind: the product photos of made-to-order designs (MTOD) are for the purpose of depicting the extent of potential variation that is to be expected, not for nit-picking between details that oftentimes cannot be controlled due to the one-of-a-kind nature of handmade, small batch tie-dye. 
If you're not keen on the element of unpredictability associated with all MTOD; finished, ready-to-ship designs may be perfect for you! All ready-to-ship products are for the exact tie-dye that's pictured on each product page.

CUSTOMIZED ITEMS/CUSTOM ORDER RETURN POLICY

࿊ Item(s) that've been customized in any way, or made by special request are non-returnable and non-refundable. This includes any item(s) sent in by the customer for custom dyeing.
