࿊ Paradisiac Dyes currently only ships domestically within the United States.
࿊ Ground Advantage is the standard shipping method. Priority Mail is also an available option at checkout.
IMPORTANT: Upgrading to Priority Mail does not lessen or negate the potential processing time associated with handmade-to-order items (please see processing times section below).
According to USPS, the approximate delivery timeframe for each shipping method is as follows:
࿊ Ground Advantage: 5-7 business days
࿊ Priority Mail: 3-5 business days
Please keep in mind, delivery within the above timeframes is not guaranteed. The speed in which a package transits once in the possession of USPS is beyond Paradisiac Dyes' control. Occasionally, unforeseen circumstances (weather events, natural disasters) can result in unexpected delays. Delays are also more common during the holiday season each year.

࿊ Priority Mail Express (1-2 days delivery) is not an available option at checkout due to the handmade nature, and associated processing time, of many products. Priority Mail Express can be arranged in advance of placing your order. Please contact us to coordinate Priority Express shipping.
࿊ Paradisiac Dyes defines Processing Time as the amount of time between placing an order, and when it actually ships.
࿊ Paradisiac Dyes defines shipping/shipped/ships as when an order has been dropped off at the Post Office and is in the possession of USPS.
Processing times for handmade-to-order designs (aka MTOD) vary depending on the complexity / labor intensiveness of the pattern.
࿊ approx. 3-5 business days (tie-dyed spirals, splatters)
࿊ approx. 5-7 business days (ice-dyed)
࿊ approx. 7-10 business days (geodes)
࿊ Upgrading to Priority Mail does not lessen or negate the potential processing time associated with made-to-order designs. Shipping method only impacts the speed of transit once shipped.
࿊ Processing times should always be considered estimates. If anything, orders may ship sooner than estimated. However, I encourage everyone to always expect the max. processing time will be required to create & complete your item(s).
࿊ Please ensure all billing & shipping information is correct at the time of checkout, before placing your order; as shipping details cannot be altered or edited after an order is submitted.
࿊ In the event you need to edit the shipping address, your original order will be cancelled and you'll need to place another. I apologize for any inconvenience.
࿊ Customer is responsible for any loss of product and/or value if an incorrectly addressed package is shipped.
࿊ Please reach out for assistance if you've submitted an order with an incorrect shipping address.
࿊ Whether or not cancelling an order is possible, is entirely dependent on whether or not it's shipped yet.
࿊ If you decide you'd like to cancel an order, please reach out ASAP. The sooner you get in contact, the higher the chances cancelling is still a possibility. Some orders are shipped within a few short hours of being placed.
࿊ In all instances an order is cancelled before it ships, a full refund including shipping fees will be issued.
࿊ If your order has already shipped at the time of receiving your cancellation request, the next best steps to take:
- "return to sender" the package if possible.
- or, initiate the return process once delivered.
*All products available on paradisiacdyes.com are subject to potential same day shipping, including made-to-order tie-dyes. This is because I try to keep at minimum one of each size MTOD pre-made (aka, finished & ready-to-ship). However, you should still always anticipate your order will require the max. estimated processing time before shipping when ordering made-to-order items. Despite my best efforts to keep a "pre-made stash", more often than not, they're truly are handmade as they're ordered.
