࿊ No exchanges.
࿊ If you'd like to exchange an item, it'll be treated as a return. You may then place another, separate order at your convenience.


࿊ If you'd like to return an item you've recently received, please reach out via email within 7 days of delivery.
࿊ Please refer to the non-returnable products section for exclusions.
࿊ Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
࿊ A refund for the cost of the item(s) returned will be issued after the item(s) are delivered back, inspected, and confirmed to be in the same, new condition as originally shipped.
࿊ Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
࿊ Customer may be responsible for any loss of value, which may constitute a partial refund. This includes, but is not limited to: holes, stains, lingering odors, signs of excessive wear.

࿊ Refunds are issued after the return is delivered back, inspected, and the item confirmed to be in its original condition.
࿊ Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. No exceptions.

࿊ I'll personally notify you via email as soon as I've initiated the refund. This may otherwise not be visible on your end until Shopify finishes "processing" the refund.
࿊ You'll then receive an automated email from Shopify, notifying you that a refund has been issued. It may take a few additional business days for the refund to be reflected in the account it was sent to.
࿊ If you've already received the refund notification email, but haven't received the refund after a reasonable amount of time; please contact your financial institution for further information.
࿊ In all instances an order is cancelled before shipping, a full refund including shipping fees will be issued.

࿊ Special requests (interchangeable w/ 'custom orders') of any sort (including pre-existing design options customized by request) are non-returnable/non-refundable.
࿊ Items sent in to be custom dyed are non-refundable.
࿊ In the event you're the unlucky recipient of a damaged, defective, or maybe even the incorrect tee – please reach out via email ASAP*, including a brief description and/or image of the problem.
(*No more than 3 days after delivery)

࿊ Despite my best efforts to thoroughly examine each individual item throughout different stages of the dyeing process; then again before shipping, especially – there's still the rare instance I overlook something less than satisfactory, or make a mistake.
࿊ In such a scenario, you'll be provided with a prepaid shipping label to return the damaged or incorrect item at no charge to you (no waiting in the post office line required, either!)
࿊ Then, you may opt to receive either a replacement (in the same size and design originally ordered*) shipped to you for no additional charge, or a refund for the full price of the item (original shipping fees are non-refundable).
*= Made-to-order designs only.
Most, if not all, finished ready-to-ship designs (such as Psychedelic Mindscapes and some Geode patterns, for example) are not possible to replicate and thus replace; and therefore may only be eligible to return for a refund.
࿊ Item(s) that've been customized in any way, or made by special request are non-returnable and non-refundable. This includes any item(s) sent in by the customer for custom dyeing. Learn more about Paradisiac Dyes' custom order policies.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
࿊ Cancelling an order is never guaranteed. Whether or not cancelling is possible, is entirely dependent on whether or not it's shipped yet.

࿊ If you decide you'd like to cancel an order, please reach out ASAP. The sooner you get in contact, the higher the chance that cancelling is still a possibility. Some orders* are shipped within a few short hours of being placed.
࿊ If it's already been shipped at the time of receiving your cancellation request, the next best step I'd suggest is:
- "return to sender" the package if possible.
- or, initiate the return process (see above) once delivered.

*All products available on paradisiacdyes.com are subject to potential same day shipping, including made-to-order tie-dyes. This is because I try to keep at minimum one of each size MTOD pre-made (aka, finished & ready-to-ship). However, you should still always anticipate your order will require the max. estimated processing time before shipping when ordering made-to-order items. Despite my best efforts to keep a "pre-made stash", more often than not, they're quite literally handmade as they're ordered.
࿊ In some rare instances, an order may be cancelled despite no request from the customer to do so. This can happen for multiple reasons, but most often is due to either: payment processor flagging as a potential fraud risk, product unavailability, or inability to fulfill.
࿊ In all instances where an order is cancelled before it ships, a full refund including shipping fees will be issued.
